Shipping policy

  • All orders will be shipped out within 1-5 business days after payment is cleared.
  • Items will be shipped from Shenzhen city via China Post, SpeedPAK, DHL, etc. Delivery typically takes between 10 to 30 days to most countries. 
  • Occasionally, delivery may take more than 35 days. If you have not received your package after 35 days, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We can also ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, and other services for faster delivery. Please message us to inquire about the additional costs.
  • Please note that your local customs may charge import taxes or duties, which are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Kindly double-check the shipping address provided in your order. Any fees resulting from an incorrect address will be the buyer's responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.
